[Kenwood] TS-60 Help needed

Hello to all,

My TS-60 has decided to go "south" right in the middle of Es season.  RX is 
fine and TX is fine on 10 watts, but increasing power to the 50 or 100 watt 
level causes the radio to shutdown as if the protect circuit is engaging.  
For example; as soon as you key down in FM mode, radio will power up to 95 
watts then shutdown then power back up then shutdown then power up and so 
on.......

Has anyone experienced this problem or a similiar one?

I have checked all connections and the radio will do this into a dummy load.
