[Kenwood] TM-241A with a problem

D-209 on the control board determines if the radio is a 241 or a 441. In the
past I have found a bad trace from D-209 to Pin 60 of the UPC. This causes
the radio to think it is a 441. Most likely something got damaged in the
battery replacement.
