[Kenwood] Need TM-201A information

Hi,
A friend has given me a Kenwood TM-201A.  I need two pieces of information on
this radio.

1.  The programming instructions, though it looks like that may be pretty
simple.

2.  I need to put a Com-Spec generic Dip-Switch PL board in the radio.  When I
opened the set I found what I believe are the wires that were meant to plug
onto the factory PL board.  Somebody cut the connector off them leaving the
wires hang.  I need to know where I should connect this PL board to (3 wires,
I presume Ground, Hot and Tone).
