[Kenwood] TS-820s display problem

I remember the DG-1 display had the same plated thru hole problems as the 
DG-5 did ( I've worked on three different ones). You remove the display unit & 
use resistor cutoffs to solder both sides of the holes. That usually fixes the 
problem.
