I Have the new TS-480HX. I got it to replace an FT-100D in my car. I have
the 480HX in the house now and have used it to make some DX contacts and got
good reports with it. One of the big things I like about it is that the
480HX has the speaker in the remote head and it sounds good. I set it up
to run with the computer and that worked real good also.
