[Kenwood] TS-830 Driver Tubes

Greetings,

 

I am wondering if a TS-830 will require re-neutralization if only the driver
tube is replaced. I realize that if the finals are changed out it requires
neutralization, but does changing only the driver tube require this
procedure?
