[Kenwood] Using DeoxIT on TS830 band switch...

U.S. Coast Guard Avionics Techs used it also, along with a similar
product called CRC.  We did not use it on C-130 boxes, only HU-16E
Avionics.  The HU16E was an amphibian aircraft subject to salt water
corrosion type damage due to the salt water moisture in the air.  The
idea was the oily type coating would protect the electrical contacts
from the corrosion.  I do not recall that it ever dried to a hard
varnish sort of finish, only an oily sort of coating.
