[Kenwood] Archive Question

I would read the section on Archives  http://mailman.qth.net/archive.html
to get some insight on the Archives. Each month is archived. The Kenwood
Archives are found by going to the Directory of e-mail lists, clicking on
Kenwood, looking under the first topic "About Kenwood", and click on the
Kenwood Archives  hyperlink. Although there may be more sophisticated
methods to collect months of archived data, here's one method that seems
to work. I tried it for several months worth of data.
Go to the Kenwood archives list for all months. Click on December 2003.
Click on Subject and copy all the hyperlinks listed. Paste to a
spreadsheet. Next, go back and do the same thing for November and append
this copy below the first set you copied there. Do this for as many
months as you want to keep and track messages. When you believe you have
enough data in the spreadsheet, sort the entire set of data. Since I
didn't parse the data in the spreadsheet (no need to), each line of data
appears in A1, A2, A3, A4, etc. Now that your data is sorted you can look
down the speadsheet for information that is of interest to you. Since all
this data is hyperlink,  all you have to do is click on the cell of
interest (A1, A2, A3, etc.) and it will take you to that specific mail
archive. At this point you can now navigate locally through the thread. 
It's not high class, but it seems to work. Smarter people out there may
have better methods.
