[Kenwood] TS-870S $1600

I am the recent owner of a used TS-850 which I am
enjoying on so far, 75 m. phone while I learn how to solder DIN plugs, hi.

I recently picked up a new TS-870S for what I thought was a pretty good 
deal.   Over the weekend I found out about a $300 coupon Kenwood just issued 
for TS-870Ss.  Since mine had
not yet shipped I called my jobber and found that they had already applied 
the coupon to my order--great!

This is just a heads up that if you are thinking of getting a new TS-870S, 
they have never been cheaper than now--I think Texas Towers has them for 
$1600.  Burghardt $1650 are two I know of.
That's only $200 over the used price for one on Ebay.  I'm enjoying the 
Kenwood audio.
