RF output had dropped,about 8watts ,lost drive ,alc.  Had some higher output 
on 14mc. Was working good night before!

John did the following;

PLL Unit unstable ...
29.5 band VCO had no locked
Replace bad diode to restore VCO
Random resoldering of PD, VCO & Both Carrier Boards
All connector clean with Deoxit
PLL align to spec

Regreased VFO, corrected dial problem and alignment for increase output to 
Program
Divider for PLL lock

Set counter unit to reference frequency

Removed IF unit
Resoldered  suspect connections
Deoxit connectors

Removed AVR unit
Resolder all suspect connections
adjusted voltages to spec

Coil pack board resolder
Deoxit connectors

All relays cleaned

RF Unit soldered
Deoxit connectors
Linkages greased

Full alignment of radio
Meter lamps replaced
Tube bias set to 60 Mils

Carrier point set to 250hz ...Both sidebands symmetrical as possible

Clean rotary controls & bandswitch

Interior & exterior cleaned
Front glass removed for cleaning
