[Kenwood] TM-V7A computer input program

I'm brand new to the list and was referred here by Kenwood Tech support 
because he had no clue what to do about my question.

I'm trying to use the Kenwood program mv7110.exe to setup my mobile 
radio frequencies on the computer so I can just shoot them into the 
radio intact.

I want to use the option " memory name" but it is grayed out on my 
computer and will not take any input.

Can any one help me?
