The 850 needs repair. Please be advised it will be hard to get parts for the 
850.

   As for what you said about the Ts-2000 visa-vi blocking and other if DSP 
artifacts, that is really every DSP radio out there. I have a ten tec Pegasus 
too.

If DSP is fine as long as they would use blocking xtal filters before any 
DSP.
Ten tec Orion does it. Yeasu and Icom top of the line rigs do too.

My friend ka4koe hates his icom 746 pro. The Pegasus has the same problems, 
as will the Ts-2000.

  One thing that makes my old drake TR-7 have such a good RX is that there is 
a 4khz xtal filter in the first mixer.

  The rx is ultra tight. No birdies or thuds that you get from If DSP 
systems.

    We sold out. we wanted if DSP, we gave up dual stage xtal if filters
