[Kenwood] Kenwood Service Technician for TS 520 in SF Bay Area?

I have a TS 520 which was in storage for many years.  It receives well, transmits full output on SSB but no output on CW.  I am looking for a reliable service technician in the SF Bay Area to work on this rig since I have exhausted my ability to find and repair the problem.  I would appreciate any recommendation.
