[Kenwood] TS-950SDX Problem...

Take the bottom cover off. With it upside down and the front to you look at
the left front board. There is an enclosed oscillator with 1 hole in the
top. Locate the test pint next to it. With the rig on using an adjustment
tool spin the little trimmer cap several times to get rid of oxidation. Then
set it to 5v measured at the test point with a DMM.

That should fix it.
