[Kenwood] Kenwood 570 and MFJ Phone Patch

Hi,

I'm trying to make a new MFJ Phone Patch unit work with a Kenwood 570SG.  I must be doing something wrong.

It receives O.K. but the MFJ unit won't power an external speaker.

Anybody out there have any experience with either of these units?
