[Kenwood] BPL - Email the White House

We can stop it. By using the rules set up by the FCC. If you put
the power company on notice that if ANY interference is generated, you
will use the rules to demand that they either eliminate the interference
or shut down their system, and that you will go to court if necessary.
I think the ARRL has already announced that is their intentions
.... course as useless and gutless as they are, it remains to be seen if
they have to gonads to do so.
That's what I plan to do here if it comes my way. If I detect
interference, the power company will be told to either eliminate it
within one week or shut down their system. If they refuse I will file
suit in court (you can do this without an attorney you know) asking the
court to enforce the rules. The FCC will be asked to enforce its own
rules too, and it will be told that IF they refuse to do so, they will
be made party to the lawsuit, with the court being asked to order the
FCC to enforce its own rules as well as to shut down the BPL in my area
until the interference is eliminated.
They can have their damned BPL, but in this area they WILL follow
the rules or be before a judge to explain why.... it's just that
simple.
