[Kenwood] TS-520/TS-520S Neutralization

The stock tube is the S2001A which is the Japanese equivalent of the 6146B.
The "W" is a ruggedized version and will neutralize just fine. In my
experience they will not put out as much power as the "B" but there's not
much difference.
