[Kenwood] T/R-599, 599D knob part numbers

Neither place has had these knobs for awhile. Both places list the part
number as discontinued.
These knobs are identical to the other smaller knobs except for the cut
in the knob and the placement of that small piece of metal to act as
additional leverage when turning the knob. Someone with a small router
type tool or dremel tool, could cut a small slot in a "regular" knob,
slip and epoxy a small piece of metal in the slot, and you'll have pretty
much the same type knob as the one you'll looking for. Or check out the
"knob places" for a similar color and style, bar-type knob. For matching
purposes, get one for both receiver and transmitter.
