[Kenwood] TS-940 no transmit

Hello,

I have a TS-940(SAT) that will not transmit on the 30, 20, 17, or 15 =
meter bands.

Receive is fine, as is transmit on all the other bands.

Does anyone have any idea as to where I should start looking for the =
problem?
