[Kenwood] TS-850S Freq stability

Hi, all concerned:

I have noticed that drifting of the 20MHz clock affects, not only dial
calibration but, sidetone and placement of carrier wrt filter slope.  It was
especially evident to me, while using narrow c-w filters in both i-f's.

Rather than pay an inordinate sum for the TCXO accessory, I elected to drill
an access hole, thru the left side of the case, to TC5.   It allows this op
to get a tweaker inside to adjust TC5 while listening to WWV.

The factory-supplied "calibration cable" isn't needed for this procedure.
