[Kenwood] TM-241A mic fix

Recently I enquired here about a schematic for the stock mike for is
radio. I got some input from Someone in a PEM (sorry I have lost that, but
thanks for the reply).

Today I took it to work with me and unsoldered the outer board from the
keypad board and found a solder joint bad. It was a solder fillet that had
the lead moved while it was cooling and over time oxidized to the point of
being resistive enough to cause intermittent trouble.

Thsi problem caused it to die completely. No up-down buttons, no key the
tx, no audio. I figured I had a bad connection on ground or the positive
supply. I was right, this was on the ground lead.

just thought I would put it up here in case anyone else would benefit from
this.
