[Kenwood] TS940 fan lubrication question

I need to lubricate the fans on my TS940SAT.  I have only had it apart once 
to do some repairs on a PCB, and I lubed one of the fans then, because it 
was easy to get to.  The other fan, on the power amp, looked like a 
challenge to get to, so I skipped it.  Now there is a fair amount of fan 
noise, so it is time to pull the radio apart again.

Can someone tell me the best way to get to the power amp fan?  It might 
save me some time and aggravation.  Perhaps there is a best way to 
lubricate it too?
