[Kenwood] TS-850 Low SSB Receive Audio

I just aquired a TS-850 and I an very impressed with it.

The only think that I have noticed is that on SSB the receive audio is
very low.  It is low to the point where I have to run the volumn
control all the way up. If I turn the AGC off that helps some.  The
problem does not exist when the transceiver is set for AM.

Any suggestions?
