Yes, ok..... If Bob doesn't have a call, lets encourage him to get a ticket
and get on the bands. From what I have read from his posts, he seems very
enthusiastic and POLITE.

If it is not an offence to own a Radio in the US (with no ticket), he has as
much right as we do to be here and own his HF radio to listen.

Lets not chase anyone off the reflector unless we have reason to believe
someone intends to misuse Radio. in all fairness Bob has never given me that
impression.
