[Kenwood] TS-850 Software?

Bob.....
    Most Amateur logging software incorporates CAT control for radios. These
programs cover almost every radio, especially the Kenwood rigs. For the
interface, Kenwood has the IF-232C RS-232 interface, which sells for around
$100. But there are sites on the web with schems. to make your own. Also,
MFJ has, or did have a CAT interface available for about half the price of
the Kenwood one.
    Try doing a search on the web for some software (try radio CAT software)
and you'll find quite a few. Some are freeware, some are shareware.
