If you mean an optical interrupter, try Allied, Newark, Mouser,
Digi-key. The first that come up rapidly scanning my Mouser catalog are
on page 124 such as the H21A1 from Fairchild for $1.15 or from Optologic
for less. Not exactly dual, they have a LED in one post and the photo
sensor in the other.
