They do and after I paid the currency conversions mine was about $24 shippe=
d to the US.
It had a number of manuals and such on it.=20
The one thing I was disapointed in was that on the rig I was getting the ma=
nuals for, the "service manual" was
the schematics and PCB layouts.  But after contacting ICOM, I found on that=
 unit that is all there was.  At any rate
I got the bonus of the additional manuals all set to go if I ever need them=
.

I know that I had to go a different route to get the service manual for my =
TS-700SP on CD.
Some of the schematic scans were a bit blurred....such is life on ebay thou=
gh.
