    I assume you mean the IF-232C CAT interface. What do you need to know?
Just plug it into the appropriate jack on the 950 and run a serial cable
from the interface to the computer. Set up your software for 4800,8,2, and
no parity, and the com port you are using on the computer.
If you really need the instruction sheet, I could either photocopy it or try
scanning it for you.
