[Kenwood] Wanted: Microphone adapter (RJ-to-8 pin)?

Does anyone know of a source of microphone adapters 
that would allow use of a Kenwood hand mic equipped 
with an "RJ-style" connector on an older Kenwood radio
equipped with an 8-pin socket on the front panel?
