[Kenwood] Need help

This is not directly related to the Kenwood list but I
really don't know how else to handle this.  I am usung
LogPlus4 for my logging program for years and it is no
longer supported by the creator, N7XR.  I have a minor
problem with it but overall the program has been
working very well for me.

Now I am getting ready to submit logs to ARRL for the
logbook of the world.  It is stated the logs must be
in ADIF or Cabrillo format.  All I know is the logs 
in LogPlus4 have an extension of .DBF and .NSX. 
Anyone know if these are acceptable or how I convert
them over to the needed format?  How do I submit the
logs then? And a side question, anyone  know how to
get a fix for LogPlus4 itself?  Any help would be
appreciated.
