[Kenwood] TH-225A questions.

This radio is 99% identical to the TH215.  Batteries are available at 
http://www.batteriesamerica.com/hamradio.htm or a AA case from kenwood parts 
along with the memory battery or you can modify a watch batter to work.

Thank you.  I went ahead and downloaded that manual and compared the two.
But they seem to be quite a bit different.  Perhaps further study will
indicate some programming similarities that aren't so apparent.
