[Kenwood] TS-830 IF Filters

The narrow CW filter is supposed to get rid of most signals and pass
only those in its passband. Tuning the main tuning or the IF shift is
often necessary to get the desired few signals through the narrow
filter. It doesn't automatically center on the desired narrow signal.
There's no smarts in the radio, only in the operator.
