No clue, dood. But with all the "AAAAAAAAHLO, AAAAAAAAAAHLO, OOOOOHLA,
OOOOOOOOHLA, CAMBIO, CAMBIO! FLACKA!" you can hear on 11 meters, I'd guess
there are a LOT of "Buenos Amigos" (good buddies) south of the border
pushing some decent power.
