[Kenwood] TS570 won't transmit or match on 15 & 17m

Was wondering if anyone else had this problem or ideas for me. I thought =
this was a problem matching my windom but when I put up 3 monoband =
antennas for 15 & 17m the same thing happens even though the I know the =
swr is very low. Rig is fine on the other bands and so is the tuner!
