Hi Bob,

In your post you wrote:

Now I am not sure if the total length of the dipole is 33' or 66'. 
Either way, I think it will be in your best interest to consider
changing that 'highly restrictively dipole' antenna into a 'highly
productive Windom' antenna.

It is extremely fast and easy to do.

Everybody in ham radio has their "thing".  My "thing" is building
antennas.  I use a 66.8' Windom as my reference antenna which covers 10
through 40 meters.

You will be amazed at the results.

Also, Get you antenna off the roof!  Usually, the higher the better. 
The difference is not linear...it is logarithmic.
