I claim copyright to prevent ARRL from making my comments into books and
magazines without my permission. Normal copyright rules allow copying
for personal use. And allow quoting if the source is referenced. That
probably doesn't extend to making them into a web page.

Since I added the copyright notice ARRL has not used my posts in books
and magazines, they did before and it cost me money because had I
submitted articles for the books I would have at least received a copy
of the book which I otherwise had to buy.
