[Kenwood] Difference between 850sat and 940sat

Can anyone tell me what the difference between these two rigs are. 850 and 
the 940. I recently say these 2 rigs up 4 sale in the used section of my 
local ham store, they are both the same price. I'm wondering what there ages 
are and what internal differences they may have for phone use.
