[Kenwood] TS-180S

Does anybody know as adding the Band of 27MHz in the TS-180S?  
We are a club of Radioamateurs, that also organizes the citizen bands 11 
meters.

The frequencys are:    26.965 ..... 27.605 MHz
  
What to do for this?
