[Kenwood] Ts940 setpoints

Ron, this was happening to my TS-940 also. It was very noticeable when I was
using the narrow CW filter.

After years of re-aligning the carrier frequencies as they drifted out of
spec, I replaced the crystal in the main oscillator.
That fixed it -- it's been very stable for years now. (Think it was a 10 MHz
crystal - I'm at work and away from my notes.)

Guess the crystal was drifting as it aged. I'm the orig owner of my '940...
been using it for 16 years.
