[Kenwood] TS-850S Help ?

     I have purchased a TS-850S 3 weeks ago and already I have a fault, =
after all the good reviews on the net about these rigs totally gutted, =
problem is no TX on SSB or CW, but there is on FM, when I turn the radio =
on it will TX on ssb and cw for about 20 seconds and then it stops, tx =
light still lit but no power out, same occurs on receive if both 2.7k =
filters are in, after 20seconds the receive noise drops as does the =
signals as if I turned the slope tune full way up, this disappears if I =
switch off one of the 2.7k filters, however still no tx, I do note =
though that on ssb there is some power out however my voice sounds as if =
I am away off frequency no mater where I go,
Any help would be appreciated, as I said gutted after 3 weeks.
