[Kenwood] TS-850S AGC

My  name  is  Nick  and  my  callsign is  LZ1JY.
I have  a  problem and  trying  to  solve  it . With my  850  I have
observed this  -the  AGC  control  ,moving the  barographs on the
S-meter becomes  extremely slow when strong  wind  or  snow  or  static
in ionosphere  appear. So, something  in the  AGC control  is  not
properly done. This  is  only  on SSB  and  CW  mode . So, i have tried
to  locate  the  problem , but  first touch with probe somewhere in the
AGC control circuit return the  AGC to normal! If  you  or  somebody
else  faced  this  problem , PLEASE,  advise!
