Both EBay an PayPal will tell you that they don't send you email soliciting 
credit information, when you login to your account on their sites then it 
informs you of any problems, so the moral is don't give out your credit 
information to anyone that ask for it, without you going to their site on 
your own, and even then check the URL to make sure the site has not been 
hijacked.
