[Kenwood] TS-130S "Erratic bias problems ect "

The TS-130S shares much of the PA board circuitry with the TS-120S and
there is a Kenwood service bulletin suggesting mods to the TS-120S bias.
Its the one about HF band oscillation. The TS-130S does have that
oscillation problem when the RF board mounting screws get loose. And
generally responds to the screwdriver tightening the RF board mounting
screws. There are few service bulletins for the TS-130S.
