[Kenwood] ref TS 820 S low power

Thank you for all the responses on possible fixes for this rig.  I am still 
cleaning relays and switches,some that are not very easy to get to.  After some 
cleaning,even using some Genosolve on some of the contacts, I powered the rig 
up. Still low readings 160-40 and 10 meters and no Drive indication with ALC 
meter.  High voltages are present;800+ . knuckle of left hand will verify that 
also!  RF measurements have been with key-down.  Plate current;60 ma.   I'll 
clean some more. Got 55 gal. drum  of  isopropyl being shipped from Richmond.  
Hopefully will have some left over if anyone needs some! HI  HI
