[Kenwood] re: ts940at power out

thanks for reading this post. recently i was given a ts940at by a local =
ham was getting to old. he said the radio had alot of problems. i found =
a few dirty controls, he was a heavy cigar smoker, cleaned them up and =
it worked fine. only problem power out is about 80 to 90 watts shown on =
the internal watt meter and also an external meter. i believe somewheres =
there is an internal power control used to set max power out. is this =
correct? if so this might be dirty and where is it located? the pa =
voltage is 28 v does not drop when the radio is keyed according to a =
dvm. any help??
