[Kenwood] Band switch arcing

Hi All

I Have a TS-520S which has developed and problem with arcing on the band switch 
(the one directly under the 6146B's)

I think the arcing is being caused by dirty switch contacts, how can I clean these and 
prevent further arcing. Could the arcing have been caused by RF on the feedline?
