[Kenwood] tr-2600a

I have a tr-2600a that displays "ul" when powered on. If you press the =
ptt, it locks and worked OK until this afternoon it stopped receiving =
and transmitting, but the display continued to show the correct =
frequency. I have tried resetting the microprocessor, but it had no =
effect. However after a bit, it seems to receive and transmit, but if =
you turn it off then on, the "ul" is displayed until pressing the ptt. =
Any ideas?
