[Kenwood] need P.A. bias adjustment info for TS-120S or TS-130S

Hello. I need to perform the P.A. bias adjustment procedure on a 
Kenwood TS-130S. Would someone with a service manual please provide 
me with the procedure? Either a text description or a scanned page 
would be fine. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Note, the procedure is probably the same in the TS-120S service manual.
