Well said , Scott. I know plenty of No Code Techs and they are for the 
most part
"real amateurs". Many have moved on to coded General and Extra class. I 
passed
the 20 wpm requirement to get my Extra class license because I had to 
not because
I like CW. In fact I haven't touched it since. Does that make me a CBer 
because I
don't like CW? Maybe one day when I retire I'll find the time to 
cultivate a taste for
CW. Right now it just doesn't appeal to me. We need to collectively get 
over the CW
issue and concentrate on attracting new hams. We are a dying breed and 
if we don't
do something soon we'll just fade away.
