[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-450 Problem

I just picked up my uncles 450 from his house with a problem I was going to
look at tonight.  But I wanted to see if this is a known problem or not. 
He left it on overnight and when returned to the shack this morning it was
'moaning' and the display was blank except for the two filter labels 8.83
and 4.45.  I unhooked and am going to look at it tonight.  I didn't have my
volt meter with me so I don't know if it was low voltage or something else.

Anyone have any ideas or have seen this before?  Any suggestions for
starting places after I eliminate the P/S.
